‘I started working with ceramics by chance, or rather by sensitivity. I'm very attentive to materials and textures, and ceramics offers me an infinite horizon for creation. I often start by looking for a texture or a technique. I try to work like a researcher, exploring and mixing materials. I let myself be guided by my experiments and my mistakes, following the material, listening to it, feeling our relationship, shaping my own practice as I go along.
I like to create series on different themes. In my work, I talk a lot about relationships, and my works always focus on the subtle and sensitive perception of oneself and the perception of the outside world, and the relationship between people and things. My inspirations are multiple, coming mainly from textiles, architecture and also the microscopic world.
The relationship between creation and me is like a wonderful poem, guiding me through layers of clouds to feel the tenderest beauty deep in my heart, floating in the romantic world.’
